Gerhard Zucker's Rocket Mail

Click here to hear an mp3 of one of Zucker's launches.

Zucker is heard saying: "What you can see here is one of my mail rockets; it has a new shape, namely the streamlined shape. At the tip of the rocket is a rubber buffer, which is there to cushion the blow when it comes down. I now put the letters inside – all in all 600 – and the launch will take place in a couple of minutes ... One, two, three!"
